Russian drivers aren’t known for their awesome driving skills but they are for their ridiculously entertaining dash cam videos and crazy antics. And so it is no surprise therefore that a strong contender for the worst and annoying driver ever is Russia’s Andrey Rybakin, and thanks to those ‘dashcams’ the guys over at carscoops have pretty much proved it.
This guy has been filmed breaking so many traffic laws that it is difficult to keep track off. From driving on sidewalks, chasing horses and trolling a police car, the guy needs locking up! This is crazy!!
