Red Bull Frozen Rush: Off-Road Racing Hits the Mountain Slopes (VIDEO) 

Off-Road racing as you’ve never seen it before – Eight 900-hp trucks race head-to-head on the ski slopes.

Next year, on January 10th 2014, a wild herd of 900 hp trucks will attack the slopes of Sunday River’s ski resort for the epic ‘Red Bull Frozen Rush’. Eight world class off-road drivers in powerful Pro4 race trucks will go head to head slopes normally reserved for skiing and snowboarding. It’s wintersports, redefined!

“The race format for Frozen Rush is a one-on-one, bracketed, single elimination with two drivers on course at a time. A pair of 4×4 racing trucks will be roosting the snowy runs, launching jumps and drifting around slalom gates, while trying to beat their opponents.” explains Red Bull.
