This Is Exactly Why Overtaking On The Hard Shoulder Isn’t The Best Idea (VIDEO)

Ever been tempted to drive down the hard shoulder to cut out some traffic? Well this dash-cam video reminds us all why this is such a terrible idea and shows why the hard shoulder is only for emergencies and not a lane reserved for idiot drivers!

The footage we think is from Russia (where else?) and shows a driver over take the filming car and cut across into the hard shoulder to overtake the car in front. The only problem… there is a car broken down in that hard shoulder…
