Spooky! Did Ghosts Vandalise The Police Cars In This Haunted Parking Lot? (VIDEO)

Experts puzzled by the ghostly CCTV image that could show a ghost vandalising a cop car….

Some say it could be a small tornado others point to more supernatural explanations. 

Local NBC TV station, weatherman Brad Field says that a tiny tornado known as a “dust devil” could have ripped off the mirror and vanished right as it returned the mirror to the car.

However, several officers working at the Hartford, Connecticut station are convinced that the parking lot is haunted. The fact that the dust devil  ended up vanishing at that very moment remains a spooky coincidence.

Lt. Brian Foley of Hertford Police Department said:

“To be able to rip a mirror off a car, throw it around and then put it right back below where it was ripped off is interesting to say the least.”
