Police in Russia (the Yekaterinburg area to be precise) are on the lookout for a person seen sledding through the capital on a tire pulled by car. Apparently, all the kids are doing this in the area!
This deadly new craze that is just plain ridiculous if you ask me. If you’ve seen the crazy driving in Russia then on the back of a car is the last place you’ll want to be. Madness!
