Deal of the Century? Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne Earns $307,989 in 2013

Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne received $307,989 in total compensation from the Auburn Hills automaker in 2013, but accepted no salary or bonuses, the automaker said today in a document filed with the U.

S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

This disclosure only covered Marchionne’s compensation from Chrysler. Marchionne is chairman, CEO, president and chief operating officer of Chrysler.

Marchionne also is CEO of Fiat and receives compensation from Fiat. Fiat now owns 100% of Chrysler. Fiat has not yet disclosed Marchionne’s compensation for 2013. In 2011, Marchionne received $18.9 million in total compensation from Fiat.
