Goverment Motors Gone Wrong? Justice Department Spearheading Investigation Of Fatal Recall

The U.

S. Justice Department has started a preliminary investigation into how General Motors Co. (GM) handled the recall of 1.6 million vehicles with faulty ignition switches linked to at least 13 deaths, said a person familiar with the probe.
