If you’re looking for a path of destruction, then this is how you go about it.
Despite the fact it looks like something you’d get up to on GTA, it’s no laughing matter. The driver has claimed this incident was due to “unintended acceleration”, and Toyota have gotten involved.
Toyota claimed the following:
Your vehicle’s throttle, accelerator and related components were inspected and found operating as designed, within factory specifications. No binding or obstructions were found in the throttle components. The brake system was also inspected and no problems were found.
So who is really to blame? I guess we shan’t know for a while. But for now, enjoy the rampage this problem induced in the video below.
