This Russian celebrity got a nasty surprise after parking his prized Bentley near a construction site. Adjacent to the construction site was 3 cars which included a $180,000 luxury Bentley. The workers didn’t seem to give a damn as they dumped tons of cement splattering the Bentley with a new concrete paint-job.
