All-Feminine Ford Bronco Construct Coming To SEMA

All-Female Ford Bronco Build Coming To SEMA

We couldn’t be more stoked.

SEMA 2022 will be upon us before we know it, and the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) certainly knows it. That’s why today, SBN announced that it’s partnering with Ford to build a Ford Bronco for the Vegas-hosted show in November. And the build team will be entirely comprised of the fairer sex.

This isn’t the first time that the SEMA-run network has done a build for the show in this fashion. 10 years ago, SBN built a custom Ford Mustang for the show back in 2012, picking up an award for the effort. That car got much of what we expect to see with this new SEMA build, from some custom paintwork to aftermarket wheels, and a modified powertrain.

The 2022 build will obviously focus more on off-roading, but it isn’t some members-only build. Pretty much anyone can volunteer to help out with the build. All you have to do is go tell SEMA you’d like to participate. There is only one requirement: you’ve got to be a woman who can build some rad stuff. Right now, SBN is looking for help with “a volunteer recruitment team, events team, media/content team, secure parts & sponsorship, and other committees.”

Once the SoCal-based build starts this summer, pretty much every aspect of the Bronco will be modified. What remains to be seen is whether the team takes the overlanding route as was so popular last year, or whether they aim for all-out performance in attempt to out-Raptor the new Bronco Raptor.
