Hilarious viral Taylor Swift Police dashcam confessional (VIDEO)

    Taylor Swift viral video

Dover police officer becomes an Internet sensation after laugh-out-loud funny dash cam Taylor Swift viral video was posted on Youtube.

We’ve all done it before. Having a jolly good day when your favorite song comes on the radio to brighten your day ever further and you can’t help but mouth the lyrics and have a bit of a dance… while driving. Eminem usually gets me in the gangster driving pose with one hand resting casually on the wheel while I nod along with the beat and pretend I know the lyrics. Personally, the same can’t be said for Taylor Swift’s anthems of break ups and falling over but getting up again. I generally try to avoid the girl as much as possible, and switch stations whenever her lyrics start to play – not because I think I’m too manly to listen to her music, but because I know her words will be stuck in my mind all day.

Anyway, we’ve gotten slightly off topic here. The point is this, a police man who was most likely out collecting the daily donuts and hourly coffee from his local pastry institution has been caught not just singing along to Taylor Swift, but dancing like it’s 1999. And it wasn’t just his driver-facing dashcam that caught him busting a move either, because several times during the video he nods, waves and winks at other motorists and pedestrians. It’s brilliant, but one does have to wonder if it’s actually real or not… We’ll let you decide for yourself. Check out the viral Taylor Swift video below.

2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit Launched, Pulling You Over Soon

Study the front end of this car very, very closely–because you’ll soon be watching out for it in your rearview mirror. Chrysler has released details and images of the 2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit, the latest iteration of its four-door muscle car designed for police use.

    2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit

MUST READ: 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Coming, Complete With 707 Horsepower

As with the regular production 2015 Charger, the Pursuit adopts all the latest styling cues, from LED daytime running lights at the front to the Charger’s distinctive ‘racetrack’ LED lamp signature, a ribbon of lights that winds its way around the entire rear lamp cluster. In side profile it has the same scalloped sides which evoke memories of the earliest Charger models and at the front there’s the latest interpretation of the brand’s ‘crosshair’ grille.

    2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit

Not that you can see it clearly, of course–one, because it’s painted in the same shade of black as the grille itself. And two, because it sits behind a hefty nudge bar ready to tip society’s unsuspecting underworld into a pirouette at the first opportunity. It also gets other police-standard features such as a bright LED light bar, spot lamps, 18-inch steel wheels with performance tires, beefed-up brakes and suspension and in this case, load-leveling shocks.

    2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit

ALSO SEE: 2016 Chevrolet Camaro Spy Shots

Forces can choose between either a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 (the economy choice) or a 370-horsepower, 390 pound-foot HEMI V-8, making it the best-performing police-spec car on the market. 60 mph comes up in under six seconds, while it’ll still cruise on the highway at 26 mpg thanks to cylinder deactivation technology. All the while, the officers inside can enjoy standard Charger creature comforts–though the cabin does feature a few police-specific changes, such as a column-mounted shifter to free up console space. Oh, and the option of ballistic door panels and steel-backed front seats–you never know.

    2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit

Despite all this cool kit, it’s definitely one car you hope you’ll never have to get too close to. That is, until they wind up on the used market for heavily discounted prices…

Don’t Try And Outrun This Ariel Atom Police Car

    ariel-atom-police-car

It seems barely a month goes by without a police force in some part of the world unveiling an insanely fast police car. Usually, that honor falls to Dubai, or Abu Dhabi, but this month it’s the turn of Avon and Somerset Constabulary in the picturesque south of England. Rather than conspicuous consumption though, the force has taken a different approach: minimalism. In fact, its new Ariel Atom is about as minimalist as cars come.

MUST SEE: McLaren F1 Owners Spend Two Loud & Lovely Days Together: Video

Fast, too–the Atom’s Honda engine has been tuned to produce 350 horsepower, up from 245 hp–enough to dash to 62 mph in a Veyron-baiting 2.6 seconds. It also gets the British police’s familiar “Battenberg” livery with intersecting reflective squares, a blue light bar and fully-functioning sirens. It won’t, however, be used for catching society’s shadier characters, as Auto Express points out.

    ariel-atom-police-car

Instead, it’s being used to promote motorcycle safety. Ariel has a two-wheeler on the way soon, and company boss Simon Saunders wants to raise awareness on road safety for motorcyclists.

DON’T MISS: New Ferrari SP America Spotted While Being Delivered To Owner

“There is a time and a place [for going fast]” explains Saunders, adding that the Atom, while fast, is at its best on the track, and not on the road. The same applies to motorcycles, and Ariel wants its customers to be safe and responsible. “There’s always one certain loser in a motorcycle collision and that’s the motorcyclist” he adds.

    Bad Motherfucker Wallet

Apparently this guy’s Bad Motherfucker wallet saved him from a traffic citation from unmarked Youngstown police officers. We’re pretty sure being honest and respectful helped out too.

You may be scratching you’re head saying I’ve heard that somewhere else. Yes, that’s right, Pulp Fiction starring badass  as Jules.

Need For Speed: LAPD Adds Lamborghini Gallardo To Its Fleet

    lapd-adds-lamborghini-gallardo-to-its-fleet

Apparently it’s not just the Dubai Police force that has the best toys (although their fleet is insanely impressive). Los Angeles just stepped up its fleet game with the addition of a Lamborghini Gallardo.

This vehicle and its usage are a donation from Travis and Nathalie Marg, the owners of Light Source 1, which is a fiber optics company. The Gallardo will see use as a charity vehicle alongside the LAPD Air Support Team. Not a bad choice of wheels, since it’s one of a few vehicles that can keep up with the choppers circling in the sky.

MUST WATCH: 2015 Nissan GT-R NISMO With N-Attack Package Tested At Fuji Speedway: Video

Looking rather evil with its police livery, the Gallardo serves as a rather excellent piece of charity show eye candy. No, it won’t be prowling the streets looking to put a quick end to high speed pursuits.

    lapd--lamborghini-gallardo

Instead, the vehicle will be used to put smiles on a few faces, and not much more. It’s a donation, so folks getting angry over a perceived big ticket item on the local budget should guess again. We imagine the LAPD is only spilling out a few bucks for gas with regards to this ride. It’s not Dubai, after all.

    lapd-lamborghini-gallardo

Still, we welcome the chance to try and run from it if the LAPD is up to the challenge. We’ll meet you at the defunct El Toro Marine base and run head to head. We play the baddies to your good guy crew. Check out more of the Lamborghini on the LAPD Lambo Instagram page.

Will This Koenigsegg One:1 Be Dubai’s Next Police Car?

    Koenigsegg's One-1 Dubai police car

The Dubai Police have some of the most amazing super cars in the world in their fleet.  Their supercar fleet consists the ultimate ‘knock list’ for super cars, including, the Bugatti Veyron,  Lamborghini Aventador, McLaren 12C, Ferrari FF, and the ultra-rare Aston Martin One-77.

A new supercar has hit the blocks – the Koenigsegg’s 1340bhp One:1 – which the Dubai police will have firmly in their sights if they are to become the ultimate supercar fleet.

Sadly all 6 have been bought, and while the Dubai Police won’t get one in the foreseeable future, you can see what it will exactly look like here. Supercar photographer SantaPanter has created the following rendering complete with the Dubai Police livery to visual just how such a One:1 could look!

    Render: Dubai Police Koenigsegg One:1

After been shared around the world and featured in many prominent auto websites, including TopGear, Santapanter decided to give the people what they want and create a rear rendering.

“After the success of my One:1 render from last week (from 550 to 700 likes in a week), I also created a render from the back of the car!”

Little Girl Driving Battery-Operated Car Gets Pulled Over And Given $4 Ticket By Cop

Little Girl Driving Battery-Operated Car Gets Pulled Over And Given $4 Ticket By Cop

Officers were in the area for a criminal investigation, First Coast News reports, but figured it was time to take a break and share some laughs with a young girl named Za’Dariyah Mishaw.

While it’s unknown whether she was speeding or had turned without signaling, patrol officer Christian Velasco pulled her over to issue a $4 ticket for a traffic-related infraction.

“Everyone always has bad things to say about the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, well, I want to say BIG PROPS to these officers for making a memorable moment for my family,” said Za’Dariyah’s uncle Keyth Mishaw, who was watching his niece from the apartment window.

“It was a fun moment, brightened up the whole day,” he added, commending the officers for making his niece’s first experience with the police a happy one.

The encounter is hilariously relevant to the average millennial’s run-in with the law, with the only difference being that Mishaw didn’t try to cry her way out of the ticket.

Za’Dariyah is reportedly nagging her mother to pay the fine.

Velasco told First Coast News that Mishaw “was going pretty fast. It took me a while to catch up to her, but we did, and she was cited.”

The officer said that he tries to interact with the community as much as possible to establish his role as their friendly protector.

Just a heads up. This is pretty graphic…

70-year-old Bobby Canipe was pulled over on Tuesday for having an expired registration. Canipe got out of his truck during the stop and reached in the back for his cane. After warning Canipe several times, sheriff’s Deputy Terrance Knox fires several rounds in his direction. One bullet struck Canipe in the abdomen and he is expected to survive. Knox has been placed on leave as authorities investigate the shooting.”

Dubai Ridding Roads Of Pesky Peasants?

A lot of people in Dubai are doing pretty well for themselves, to say the least. It’s basically the capital of the world for wealth. And it seems this may have gone to their heads a bit, as Dubai are now looking to prevent poor people from using the roads.

Yep, it’s as ridiculous as it sounds. It seems the roads just aren’t spacious enough for the rich folk.

Hussain Lootah is the man behind this move, attempting to rid Dubai of heavy congestion. The plan is, to make car parks, fuel prices, and insurance, much more expensive; essentially meaning those that can’t bathe in their own money won’t be able to use their cars to get around.

    chrome1

An all too common ridiculous sight in Dubai

They are also planning to implement a strict rule, which prevents those under a minimum salary threshold from owning a car. Of course, because it’s Dubai, the minimum salary might be pretty hefty. And those in power will probably throw money in an attempt to make driving a very exclusive club, for their ludicrously expensive vehicles.

Of course, the poor have been reminded by Lootah that there’s always the lovely public transport available. The Metro is being expanded in the future, and there are a number of luxury buses to hop on. Since when can the words “bus” and “luxury” be used in the same sentence, especially when they’re public?

At least the police won't be facing restrictions

At least the police won’t be facing restrictions

Nothing quite like having your independence stripped off of you. I feel as though the ability to own a car should be a basic human right. I mean sure, congestion, pollution, and rush hour queues have to be combated in some way; but sensible options such as awareness schemes and carpooling have been dismissed already. But these kind of stupid ideas some how slip through. The luxury of some, seems to be far more important than convenience for the entire population.

Perhaps the idea of ridding the roads of peasantry is far more appealing than solving the original problem itself.

Hero Cop Won’t Take “I Refuse to Stop” for Answer (VIDEO)

Hanging on to the windshield wipers of a moving car may not seem like the most reasonable thing to do, but apparently, some police officers take their jobs very, very seriously, performing acts that go well beyond their regular duties.

You can add this cop to our list of brave officers who would not take a no for an answer when he tried to pull over a taxi driver.

Check Out The Incredible Cars Of RoboCop!

With the latest movie release of the classic RoboCop franchise, it is only fair that we show you the ass kicking cars and motorcycles of RoboCop...

    Robocop 4
Whether the original Ford Taurus, in all of its car-of-tomorrow glory, or the Pontiac-needling 6000 SUX stuck in your mind, RoboCop enjoys a place on the car guy’s movie list. But the RoboCop reboot, in theaters now, is less a car movie than the original and there is, we’re sorry to report, no 6000 SUX.

Why? Well, RoboCop Production Designer and vehicle designer, Martin Whist, told Motor Trend. “The current RoboCop isn’t has far in the future as the original film was. So the cars need to be designed for the near future.”

Because of this, here are the RoboCop motors kicking ass…

    RoboCop’s Motorcycle

    Detroit Police Cruiser

    OmniCorp Armored Truck

    Alex Murphy’s Car

    Clara Murphy’s Car

    Detroit Police Hatchbacks

    OmniCorp Troop Transport

    The Rest
If you look closely, you can pick out a number of other vehicles throughout the movie. OmniCorp also uses lightly modified Dodge Durangos as security vehicles and RoboCop is occasionally driven around in a modified Chevy Suburban. One of the bad guys drives a supercar, though only a portion of it is visible in the frame. It appears to be an Audi R8. Another rocks a first-gen Porsche Cayenne. Then there are the little Easter Eggs. “There’s a few that I got for background,” says Whist. “I got these Japanese cars and some European cars that just had a different look you don’t see in North America. A lot of them were just place-them-in-the-background cars.”

10-Year-Old Boy Steals Car & Tells Cops He’s A Dwarf! (LOL)

10-Year-Old Boy Steals Car & Tells Cops He’s A Dwarf! (LOL)

A 10-year-old Norwegian boy stole his parents’s car and told police that he was a midget who had forgotten his license when he was pulled over six miles later.

Euro Weekly News reports that the boy, who lives in a town about 70 miles north of Oslo, put his 18-month-old sister in the car early in the morning when his parents were still sleeping and set off to visit his grandparents, who live almost 40 miles away.

He drove a little less than seven miles before veering off the road into a snowy ditch, where he was found by a snowplow driver who called the police.

“The parents woke up and discovered that the children were missing and that someone had taken off with their car. They were pretty upset, as you can imagine,” a spokesman for the Vest Oppland police district, according to Euro Weekly News.

“The boy told the snowplow driver that he was a dwarf and that he had forgotten his driver’s license at home,” he added.

The children were not injured and the car was not damaged.

“We have talked to them, and I’m pretty sure they’re going to pay very close attention both to their children and to their car keys in the future,” the spokesperson concluded.

No charges will be filed against the boy or his family.

Florida Police Officer Who Gave Fellow Cop Speeding Ticket Is Now Suing Over Police Harassment (VIDEO)

Florida Police Officer Who Gave Fellow Cop Speeding Ticket Is Now Suing Over Police Harassment (VIDEO)

Way back in 2011, we told you about the story of Faustio Lopez and Donna Jane Watts, two Florida police officers who made national headlines over concerns of police abuse of power. According to reports, Lopez, a Miami Police officer, was late for an off-duty job. While in full uniform, he ran his marked police cruiser up to 120 miles per hour on a city freeway trying to make it to work. Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Watts was one of the cars he blew past.

Uncertain of who was in the speeding car, Watts spent seven minutes with her blues-and-twos running, trying to catch the speeding Lopez. Once she pulled him over, Watts confiscated Lopez’s gun and cuffed him. Lopez eventually lost his job.

Watts’ driver’s license information had been accessed by 88 officers in 25 agencies over 200 times

Shortly after the incident, Watts alleges that she started receiving threatening and prank phone calls (some were even to order pizza), along with other forms of harassment including police cars and unmarked vehicles idling outside her house. According to MSN News, a public records request with the Sunshine State’s Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that her driver’s license information had been accessed by 88 different officers in 25 different agencies over 200 times in just a three-month span.

Watts is suing all 25 departments and the officers involved under the Driver Privacy Protect Act, which carries a $2,500 fine for each time information was illegally accessed. If every search comes back as improper, Watts is in line to receive $500,000, according to MSN. “Ultimately what it comes down to is a violation of privacy,” Mirta Desir, Watts’ lawyer, told MSN. “It wasn’t for any legitimate purpose on the part of the police officers and it was done by people in a position of trust.”

Watts’ broad targeting of offending officers has some of the accused feeling uncomfortable, with a fellow FHP Trooper, Andrew Cobb, claiming he accessed the information “out of concern for a fellow trooper” and as “a matter of public safety,” according to his attorney. There’s also some question of the wording of the law that Watts’ is suing under, with the US Department of Justice now getting involved to clarify its position.

There’s much more detail to this story than we’re able to go into here, but if you want the full rundown on the Watts’ case, check out Watts’ dash cam video of the incident below, then head over to MSN News.

Cop Arrests Firefighter Who Was Saving Lives After A Car Accident (VIDEO)

Cop Arrests Firefighter Who Was Saving Lives After A Car Accident (VIDEO)

A California highway patrol officer arrested a firefighter who was rescuing car crash victims last night because he refused to move his truck.

According to CBS-8, both men had responded to an accident in which a sedan had flipped over a concrete divider. Jacob Gregoir, a firefighter for over a decade, arrived at the scene and parked his firetruck behind the ambulance to protect the first responders from oncoming traffic on the I-805.

The Chula Vista fire chief confirmed with CBS-8 that Gregoir was simply following protocol when he parked his truck in the highway’s left lane.

The cop, however, was trying to clear the fast lane and asked the responding firefighters to move their trucks.Gregoir was checking the overturned car for additional victims when the unnamed officer told him he would arrest him if he didn’t move the truck. The firefighter said he’d have to check with his captain before breaking protocol.

The cop then proceeded to handcuff Gregoire and put him in the back of a squad car as CBS news cameras filmed the whole thing.

“To detain one of our firefighters in the middle of an incident is ridiculous,” Chula Vista Fire Chief Dave Hanneman told CBS-8.

Gregoire was in the squad car for a half hour before supervisors from both departments arrived to release him without charges.

This was a wise move by the highway patrol considering a police officer was fined $18,000 in 2008 for arresting a firefighter who also refused to move his truck during a rescue.

Watch a Mercedes C63 AMG Teases Swedish Cops In Chase (VIDEO)

How awesome! The Youtube author with the handle “930205as” says the following about the series on his YouTube account:

“Highway is a car-movie documentary-style, where the point is to make fun of the police. As in movies like Ghost Rider and Getaway in Stockholm is the speed well over the legal. A scene in the movie called “Carlitos Swey” one can clearly see when he runs off eight police cars. This clip got attention in the newspaper in MY, July 2010.

With both cameras rigged inside the car and under the grill, start crazy journey from the Globe Arena in Stockholm. The driver runs out of road 73 and at most is he reside at a speed of 280 km / h.

I really think you should by this movie if you like Ghostrider and Getaway in stockholm movies.”

UK’s Fastest Police Car: Force Reveal McLaren MP4-12C Spider For Fighting Crime (PHOTOS)

There are many speed freaks out there with cars capable of escaping the police without difficulty, but now the UK police are fighting back with a 207 MPH McLaren 12C. Due to be unvieled at the Birmingham motor show this weekend, the car was supplied by local McLaren dealers and sales director David Tibbett said: ‘We are delighted to help the police and their work.

The car is far from practical on a day to day basis. In fact you wouldn’t even be able to arrest somebody in it because like most of these police supercars they require co-drivers. The police say it hopes it will close the gap between them and motorists.

TV star Angus Nairn of “Motorway Cops” says the vehicle will teach people about the danger of excess speed. Everyone who will see the McLaren wants to come and talk about it – it is an excellent way to get people to have a conversation with the police and not end up with a fixed penalty ticket.

Dumb Cop Jumps out on Motorcyclist

We are all for the Police keeping our roads safe by catching speeding drivers, but when they jump out onto the road to do it causing a crash, that is just plain stupid.

That’s what this Police officer did in England. After realising a biker was speeding the cop decided to step in to the road to halt the Biker. The only trouble was that there was another Biker behind who couldn’t stop in time. Check it out…

FAIL! Guy Impersonating a Police Officer Pulls Over a Real Police Officer!

When you the guy you pull over while you are pretending to be a police officers is actually a police officer!

When you the guy you pull over while you are pretending to be a police officers is actually a police officer!
A not so clever guy from Palmetto was arrested this weekend after he pretended to be a police officer, pulled over a driver who turned out to be a Tampa Police officer.

According to Bay News 9, 24-year-old Jonathan Charles Stevens was driving a white Chevy Tahoe equipped with flashing red and blue lights when he flagged down a Tampa police officer just after 11 pm in Ybor CityFlorida.

“He indicated he worked for the Department of Homeland Security, and the vehicle came back registered to an individual, not a government agency,” Tampa police spokeswomanAndrea Davis told the local news station.

Stevens had a gun and a fake badge around his neck.

The Tampa police officer immediately became suspicious and called backup to question Stevens. The impersonator soon caved and admitted not only that he is not not a cop, but also that he doesn’t have a permit for the gun he was carrying.

Stevens has pulled stunts like this before, Bay News 9 reports. Megan Moorhead told the station that Stevens pulled her over with his white Tahoe last September and then issued her a “warning.”

“It was like he was a real officer,” she said. “He pulled me over in an unmarked vehicle, he had lights and everything.”

Stevens was arrested at that time but is facing much more serious charges now due to the unlicensed gun.

He was booked into jail for false impersonation of an officer, carrying a concealed firearm and unlawful use of a blue light. According to Bay News 9, Stevens was released yesterday morning after being bailed out of jail for $17,500.

The lesson… Don’t pretend to be a cop and make sure the cop is a real cop!
